When I pressed the launch button to open THX Spatial IN Synapse under the headphones, it wasn’t doing anything, after repairing now it just opens to the screen asking for the key.

When I pressed the launch button to open THX Spatial IN Synapse under the headphones, it wasn’t doing anything, after repairing now it just opens to the screen asking for the key.
What’s the model of your headset? Please note that two different drivers are available, depending on your headset model: THX Spatial-Synapse and THX Spatial Audio. Please refer to this article so you can check if your headset is compatible with the THX Spatial Audio integrated into your Synapse 3 or the downloadable application (THX Spatial Audio ).
