THX Spatial Audio

Hi razer community

I recently bought the THX Spatial Audio package and it but it always linked to my monitor speaker by default no matter how many times and changed ( IS THAT A THING?)
How do I able to permanently my Nari by default with the thx audio

My setup doesn't have an external speaker and I'm using a Razer Nari Essential

Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried running the Windows sound troubleshooter? Should the issue persist, please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs so the team can case check the software and the Razer Nari's behavior. Once done, uninstall and reinstall your THX Spatial Audio and Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps here. Let me know if it helps.

I uninstalled and reinstalled all razer app and I think I figure out my issue and it not the software. I uploaded some picture underneath so you can check

note: I don't have any external speaker (only my headset is the main one)

My THX always wants to connect to the monitor speaker ( DELL U2417H ) but in order for me to hear I need to connect to my razer Nari Essentials (Speaker (THX Spatial -Synapse); however. the app said the headset comes with the audio already. but the headset doesn't work if I change other than the Spatial audio (Speaker (THX Spatial -Synapse)

Sorry if my grammar is bad:))))

Thanks for the follow-up. Does the headset work when Nari Essentials (Speaker (THX Spatial -Synapse) selected only? Please repair our Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps below:

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Select Apps and Features.
3. Search for Razer.
4. Select Synapse.
5. Choose to uninstall.
6. "Uninstall" again.
7. Wait for the Razer menu to open, then select "Repair".
8. Wait for the repairing process to finish and restart once it prompts you.
9. Central services will request you to log in, then launch Razer Synapse.

Well, I always repeat the same step as I always did with the razer problems like a lot every time. I ended up disabling the DELL U2417H and all other audio that not related to my razer headset. It does workout but I not getting the best quality of the THX for what I bought.

The software by default is using the -speaker (THX Spatial - synapse )
The problem is that I don't know if I'm getting it wrong or the software. It just too loud for my game.

Well, I'm just curious about how the software work or it just like that to begin with.

That's a good isolation step too. Where did you disable the audio device? Is that in Windows device manager or audio properties? Please send your computer's Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue our conversation there.
