I have been messaging with razer customer support for over a week now, being told my acocunt needs to be verified on their side. And to attempt repurchase using another payment method, fine, things happen. Sure. I did it. Cancelled again. They state they need some bank verification code to verify my account. You onow what fine ill indulge you, except there is no code for my bank to provide. This is a 20$ product that you denied my purchase of in the name of “account security” this is the stupidest thing i have ever experienced in my life. I have been a LOYAL razer customer since i was 16. 12 years now. But if this is how you treat your customers i will be returning all 8 of my razer products and starting new with corsair.
