Hello, I purchased razee barracuda x products, downloaded THX SPATIAL AUDIO, they sent me the activation code, but when I enter the code, they tell me "The entered code is invalid. Please try again." My free activation has 13 days left. I am attaching a screenshot with proof that the code does not work. Please help me solve the problem or send me a new code.
+1It’s using 7.1 surround, not THX Spatial. Please refer to the manual.

The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound. You need the 7.1 Surround Sound software for this one. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
