the problem I'am facing that I've code already for 7.1 Surround sound but when I try to use it on THX Spatial audio it says the code you have entered does not seem to be vailed. please try again so could someone from the support assist me please because I been trying to solve this problem since yesterday and it really upset me

The 7.1 Surround Sound code is not compatible with the THX Spatial Audio. As I mentioned in your thread, you have to pay to get the full version of the THX Spatial Audio (stand-alone app). You can try using Synapse 3.0 since it does have a built-in THX Spatial Audio. However, your headset should be part of the Razer Synapse 3.0's supported devices from the list. Take note that only those USB-type headsets can utilize and be detected in Synapse 3.0.
