thx spatial audio activation code is invalid

im trying to activate thx spatial audio and 7.1 mode i copy the code that activates spatial audio from my email and paste it into the application. I get the error "the code you have entered does not seem to be valid". I have also completed the registration of the product. Why is this happening? How can I fix it? (Blackshark v2 x usb)

One probable cause for this is that you installed the THX Spatial Audio app instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound. To resolve this concern, please make sure to download the correct software here.
