THX Spatial Audio activation not working

I bought a Barricuda X (2022) yesterday and registered it. I followed the link in the subsequent email to install the 7.1 surround app. The activation code included reads that it is not a valid code when entered into the app. I have seen a couple of similar posts on this website with links to the proper dowwnload and it is the same as  the one in the email. When I click into it, it shows as installed. What is the remedy for a useable code.

I think you entered the code on the wrong app. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and help you with the activation.
