THX spatial audio app not working properly

Hi, I just tried the app with monster hunter and apex legends. Both games have THX competitive/environmental mode. I have a problem in which the front audio is way too quiet making it weird. The left and right audio is normal level. The back audio is sort off quiet as well. Anyone have a solution? Thanks

You are using the THX Spatial Audio standalone app? Or using headset thats comes along with THX Spatial Audio?

if go to calibration, increase the front and back level, will it helps?
