First of all sorry for my english.
So my problem is my girlfriend buy me a Razen Barracuda X (2022) for christmas and she received THX Spatial Audio as well, so she gifted me de THX Spatial code and im happy with it, then yesterday i re install my windows then i download the thx spatial then when i want to activate it its says “this code has already been reedemed. Please help me because i want to use it and i dont know what happened, this is a one usable code or what? Thank you.

The THX Spatial Audio activation code is tied to your Razer ID and you can only run one active session at a time. Please make sure to download the THX Spatial Audio standalone software and log in with your Razer ID.
