THX Spatial Audio disappear in Playback Device [Support Please Read !]
Hi Guys,
Having you guys experience a technical issue occurred in your razer blade? Today my razer just suddenly omitted the option of THX Spatial Audio on the playback device tab after I paired the Hammer True Wireless Earbud (not to mention that previously it often paired with no sound....) ...
Do you guys have the same experience as mine? if so, what's the solution .....
PS.: didn't grab a THX verified headphone thou, but the software used to work fine just a day before...

The TWS earbud does not come with THX Spatial Audio, it only comes with Headsets with Synapse support.

David_CSWHi there! Thanks for posting your THX Spatial Audio concern here. Were you able to check if the THX playback device while using the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please collect the logs found in this Windows path: C:\\Windows\\Installer\\Razer\\THX Spatial Audio Log. Also, collect your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
