THX Spatial Audio doesn't launch

I was trying to install THX Spatial Audio today for my HyperX flights. I downloaded the trial installer and it launched, downloaded and ran the intallation. However, when it completes and I hit get started, the window closes and the application doesn't launch. The THXhelper process is running, and I see THX Spatial Audio in my devices list, however, I cannot activate/customise it etc. in the application, which isn't particularly helpful! Synapse 2.0 and Cortex both run without a hitch. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the THX application to no avail, run the installer as admin etc etc.. I currently run up to date Windows 10, and I've run out of ideas. Does anyone have any input?
