THX Spatial Audio is ruining the sound

I just bought Blackshark v2 pro a few days ago and i've noticed that enabling THX Spatial Audio (and choosing it as an output sound) keeps drowning the vocals in my music, I have no idea how to set it up to be as perfect as i've read it to be. It feels underwhleming using THX for music but i could be tweaking the settings wrong? I turned it on and made it Auto and Manual and the problem presists.

Hey, I have the same problem, it's cause it keeps lowering the bit rate to 16bit 4800hz instead of the standard 24bit 192000hz. I have not found a solution to this but just letting you know what exactly is happening.
