THX Spatial Audio Light Not Turning On

The title says most of it. I have purchased the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition a few days ago, and all has been well (love the headset!). But ever since yesterday, the THX Spatial audio button does not light up when i press it. I know the audio device is on because the mic/mute button on the Audio device lights up red when i press it. I don't know whether or not the button works anymore because i have not tested it out (although it definitely worked back when the button lit up). Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
