THX Spatial Audio Not Working

The THX Spatial Audio doesn't work on my PC. I can tried to change the output to that option from the taskbar, but when I do there is not audio output whatsoever. I had assumed that I could change some setting in the THX Spatial app, which automatically downloaded when I set up my headset (Kraken V3 X), but the app won't open. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening?
