As it says above I'm currently having problems with getting sound from my thx spatial audio. I have a Kraken TE with a Audio Chat controller thingie. Yesterday I had thx spatial as default, today I get no sound from it! It forces me to use Razer Audio Controller - Game. This is an annoyance.. I'm really not having any good experience with these headsets. I bought one for me and a family member and my family member has problems too, with the headset all of a sudden not producing any sound and to be able to get sound again one has to set another device as default, then set THX as default after that.
Why on earth would I ever buy another Razer product, I've been on the forums and hardly get any help.

That's a bummer. By the way, have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers of your headset? Does the issue happen while Synapse is disabled or closed? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that won't work, do send me the serial number of your Kraken TE via PM. I need it for me to verify its model and look into other solutions.
