I have an Alienware M15 R6 and the Razer Nommo Pro. I purchased the THX spatial audio software. I am running Windows 11.

THX spatial audio is bogging down my system to the point where the mouse won't work, they keyboard won't work, can't do anything at all except hold the power button until the system shuts down. Booting the system up, my webcam won't work so facial recognition doesn't work, external monitor doesn't work, external keyboard and mouse doesn't work.

When things did work, I would hop in a game and the game would lag so bad that I really couldn't do anything.

I uninstalled only the THX Spatial Audio software, and now everything works like it should.



I ran SFC and DISM commands, and no problems were detected. Ran full virus scan and no issues. I also checked the firmware on the Nommo Pro and I have the latest firmware installed. Windows 11 has all updates applied.
