Hello dear Community,
short Question, i got a pair of new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Headsets today, but when I open Synapse it always says i have to put THX Spatial Audio as my default Audio Setting, which doesnt work, cause it‘s not even in my Device List.

Same thing happened to me... mine still does not work
I saw it, but after a new installation of synapse its gone. Used already a windows restore point to go back but it didnt help.
At least i can give it back if this isnt fixed in the next 10 days.

Hi, maybe I found a solution. At least for me it worked.
Steps:
1. Uninstall Razer Synapse
2. Download and start Release DriverStore Explorer v0.11.64 · lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer · GitHub
3. With the Driver Store Explorer delete all Razer Audio and THX drivers
4. Restart pc and install Synapse
OR you can just go to your system control panel where it says modify/uninstall programs and features... UNINSTALL 7.1 and spatial. After that only download and install spatial.
I don't have any 7.1 or spatial entries to uninstall in the control panel.
I needed to uninstall the driver my way.
