Thx spatial not working

Hello, I just buyed an Razer Kraken TE and installed the spatial sound but when I try to use it does not make any sound. When I go to thx app, and try to set the Kraken TE controller as device to use THX sound, I can't mark it, It says that I have to configure it from Razer synapse app and that's something that is already done! If someone can help me would be apreciated Edit: Actually if I connect the Kraken TE to the monitor instead of the controller, the THX sound works but with an dirty annoying sound in the background that most be because is not running from a sound crontroller, so as I'm showing in the imagen, the problem is the controller, THX is not reading it so it can't work. Any solution to that?

    Please indicate the Windows build number your PC is running on. Better yet, put up a screenshot of your System information. For now, please perform a clean installation of Synapse along with all other Razer apps by following this guide. PM me if the problem persists.
