THX Spatial Playback device not installing ?

So i've bin using THX spatial trial version, and after the 15 days where over i decided to buy it, so i get a code and activate the app, and suround sound instandly stops working, trying numerous things to try and fix it i finally decide to just uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that fixes the issue, the problem that apears now is, the app installs fine-ish, the (ish) is that bein that the THX spatial playback device does NOT show up anymore, so the app keeps saying it only works when the THX spatial playback device is sellected, but it wont install it, installed the app a number off times already,(probly like 6 to 7 times now), rebooted the PC same amount, Nothing works. did i just trow away 25 euro's for this app ?
