THX Spatial sound activation code

Hi everyone, I have purchased Razer Blackshark V2 Headset. But I can not activate the THX 7.1 spatial audio feature because I did not recieve any code within the box. Also I did not recieve any emails after I registered my product via Razer ID. I have been waiting for 2 days and no one answered my ticket yet. Did any of you experienced the same problem?
