THX Spatial (synapse) not working

I bought the Kraken Tournament Edition a couple months ago. I wasnt using Thx up until about a month ago with no problems. Well starting about a week or two ago. THX wont show up in my audio. I tried using the actual THX program but it didnt work either. Ive gone looking in the sound setting but THX still isnt showing. Any help will be appreciated. TIA Im also using synapse 3

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your THX Spatial audio's concern here. Allow me to submit a ticket and forward it to our Support Team. Please collect the logs found in this Windows path: C:\\Windows\\Installer\\Razer\\THX Spatial Audio Log. Also, collect your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
