THX spatial - synapse problem

Hello, as said in the object i have the following problem: i have a razer blade 15, and a pair of Nari Ultimate; i set as tha default option "THX spatial - synapse", as the instruction said, but i can't hear any sound out of the headphones (either when using the usb dongle for wireless use or the 3.5mm cable). They work if i set the output device to Headphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game), so the headphones are not broken. Anybody can help me?
