THX Synapse Audio Stuttering

I have been using the Kraken Tournament Edition Headset with the Razer Audio Controller for a few years now with little to no issues. I just bought and installed the Huntsman v2 Keyboard (used to have the blackwidow ultimate), and now I am experiencing audio stuttering when on the THX Spatial - Synapse channel. The Razer Audio Controller - Game channel seems to be working fine (haven't done full testing in a game yet), but I was unsure if the keyboard with the audio wheel was part of the issue. I have updated all drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, and tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything, but nothing fixes it.
