THX windows problem

Hello I have a kraken tournament edition, but when I press the button THX, the Del is turning on but nothing happen. I am on Windows 10 and I set my audio on (Razer Kraken TE - Game) but if I set it to (THX Spatial - Synapse) I have no sound. I am asking what should I do for THX technologie works ? Thank's

I have the same problem since windows version 2004 installed. Haven't found a fix yet.

It works for me and I'm on version 2004 as well. Try reinstalling the app.
