to me delete registered product in razor ID?

I am returning it to the store where I bought these headphones, everything is fine, but if suddenly another person buys them and likes them, then you will need the code that you receive when registering the device for sound 7.1 Accordingly, I need to delete this product from my account, what should I do? And how do I do it?

I understand you wanted to remove the device that was registered to your account. Unfortunately, our Support Team doesn't have the option to remove the registered device from your account. Thanks!
