Touching Keyboard freezing Gears 5
Hello all, i own a blackwidow elite keyboard and have a issue with gears 5, when the synapse software is running whilst playing Gears 5 if i touch any key on the keyboard the game freezes, i can spin and shoot on the spot with the mouse and all action goes on around me as normal but as soon as i touch the keyboard the game freezes, this puzzled me for ages as thought it was a gears issue but have discovered if i close down the razer software the game runs fine. Not a major issue but just bugging me and would like to solve it. Thanks

Could be a corrupted Synapse profile. Have you tried clean installing Synapse yet?

Thanks your suggestion worked but not at first as i uninstalled then rebooted and then re-installed but the problem was still there what i had to do was uninstall then reboot then delete ALL razer folders that are left behind( have to delete after reboot because folders are locked until you do) re-installed the software and hey presto all working so thanks for the tip.
