Trouble Getting 7.1 Surround Sound Code

Just bought a Baracuda X from Shopee , activated the product on my account and tried to get the 7.1 surround sound code but kept getting the message of code is not available, clicking the link provided just beings me to another page giving me solution of activating code but not solving the issues of not getting the code. any help and would be helpful ,thanks.
