Trouble sending laptop in for repair

Why is it so hard to contact someone/anyone at Razer about sending my laptop in for repair. No phone number listed/ no guidance on website. I want to send it in for factory trained person to repair the hard drive. Its out of warranty. I know I have to pay. Just need an work order number and address. Geezus!
