Trouble with installing 7.1 surround sound software

I got the razer kraken X that came with a scratch code for this software and I wanted to use it but the installer is always stuck at 98%. there is no problem with the storage in my drive (around 30 gigs left) so idk what to do.

    Try "Run as admin". Or clean your disk (registry + disk).

    didnt work and I dont know what you mean by cleaning my desk. maybe its with the directory its downloading to, how do i change it?

    Go to C:/Program Files/ . Search folder where surround app was install and delete IT.

    sorry, I found the solution. So it was stuck on 98% but a surround sound shortcut popped up out of nowhere and i have the app opened.

    Nevermind, the program doesnt see what headphones im using and I also cant choose any devices.
