Trouble with Razer Nari

Hi! I'm struggling to get my Nari headset to work... Sound output works fine, but not the mic.... It works when connected to PS4 through a cord, but not on PC (Win10) trough usb-dongle. I has worked before, but suddenly stopped working :( I have re-installed the device, tried the guide found on: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/836/~/how-to-fix-a-malfunctioning-razer-nari-microphone but with no success... Anyone that has an idea how to fix it? Best regards, Anders
