Trouble with Razer Nari Ultimate "Chat audio"

I recently got myself a Razer Nari Ultimate, from what i understand it has a game channel (audio out) and a chat channel (audio out) and then the chat (audio in). If i configure the headset in windows to make use of Game (audio out) as default out, Chat (audio out) as default communication and Chat (audio in) and then join say a Discord voice channel i lose all game sound and only hear the Chat (audio out) and all other sounds are muted or disabled. Is this how it is supposed to work or have i done a mistake in the configuration somewhere? I understood the product in the following way, i can have simultaneous audio from both voice comms and game sound but that is not what i am getting, Have i completely misunderstood the product features it or is there a configuration issue or bug associated with this product and/or Synapse 3 that prevents me from using it the way it is intended?` Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 1903 Build 18362.356 Connection info: I have my Bluetooth dongle(?) connected to Razer Base Station Chroma Synapse version: 3.4.921.91704 (Latest as of 2019-09-28) Communications software: Discord (both audio in and out set to Default) I have tried different configurations in chroma, both THX and Stereo and i get the same behaviour.

Hi there! Have you tried adjusting the Game/Chat balance? It's the wheel located on the left earcup.

Yes that doesn't work, as i mentioned in the post if i want to hear both discord and the game i need to put them both on game channel or i will only hear the chat channel and no sound whatsoever will reach me from the game channel.
