I would like to put the arrow keys of the Blackwidow on the control pad of the Tartarus. I want to use it to run in games and to hover the ship to the top right and left in Star Citizen.

I changed the key assignment in the Synapse software and now I have the following problem.

When I press the keys of the directional pad, either nothing happens for a short time or the key triggers permanently after a few seconds. The whole thing is like this in various games and I would like to know if this is a software or hardware problem.

It would be great if someone could help me so that I know whether I have to exchange the Tartarus or set something in the software that can solve this problem.
