True wireless hammerhead gaming mode not working

Yea so I just got a new pair online, registered their warranty successfully so it should be legit ones. And when I triple tapped while continue pressing for around 2secs on the last tap, it didn’t activate gaming mode as the instruction hand book said. Instead it just made a sound and opened Siri, is there something wrong this this pair, or it’s something else? Please let me know if you guys needed any other information, thx!
