I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate that I unfortunately lost the dongle for. I do however have a HyperSpeed dongle (the kind that just says “2.4 HyperSpeed” on it). I tried pairing them through Synapse, but it won’t see the mouse if I have it turned on, and I tried using the razer Mouse Pairing Utility, which sees my mouse when it is plugged in with a cable but won’t recognize the HyperSpeed dongle when I plug it in (it just stays at the screen asking me to plug the wireless dongle in).
Can they not be paired together? Do I have any options here?

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. By the way, were you able to follow the instructions here? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation.
