Trying to register Basilisk Ultimate but receiving Item serial number does not match product number

As title describes, trying to register on the Razer portal (https://www.razer.com/product-registration) but its saying that the Item serial number does not match product number. I verified it three different times.



Recommendations?

Same problem here. The forum posts are full of users with the same issue and the only solution seems to be for an official PM to jump in and resolve it.
