Trying to reinstall; Can't access logs or profile
So some type of malware hijacked the update method for Razer Synapse. After cleaning it out, however, now Windows Installer bugs me every so often trying to update it and I can't access Razer Synapse whatsoever.

The instructions for collecting logs doesn't work because the "Razer Log Collector" link sends me to some random shopping page, and I can't export my profile because I can't access the program.
I'm at a loss as to what to do here.
