Trying to update phone number on account | Razer Insider

I dont remember having 2 factor authentication on my account. My cell number has changed, so when i go to update any of my account info it's trying to send a code to a phone i no longer have. I've tried contacting support on the website and it keeps sending my to search knowledge base, where a solution to my problem can't be found.



I need razer support to contact me so i can update my cell number and turn 2 factor off.
