Turbo mode for Wolverine on a PC?

My beloved Razer Naga Pro MMO mouse can use Turbo Mode in Synapse to trigger an event (keyboard click in my case) a set number of times per second.  I remember being able to do that on the Tartarus as well.  Is there any way to replicate this with a Wolverine (or other) controller on PC? Due to arm injuries, it seems to be my friend’s only hope for continuing to game, but neither of us can figure out how to get a controller doing this. I’d like to find a solution for him.
