Just to start off quickly, this is actually 2 separate issues, but happening with the same device. I received the Turret for xmas, and instantly hooked it up to my living room PC. I had the old Turret there, and a Logitech MX Ergo. My plan was to use the new Turret keyboard and the Logitech trackball mouse.

This did not go well. Once the Turret was installed, the Logitech simply wouldn't work. It was like the signal was being blocked. moving the cursor would hesitate across the screen, if it even went at all. I removed the Turret dongle, and the trackball worked perfectly again. So, I removed and reinstalled the logitech software, moved both dongles as far away from each other as possible, and still no go. I simply cannot use the logitech trackball when I have the Turret plugged in.

2nd issue: Synapse soft crashes on me sometimes, and it makes it so typing with the turret is ALSO really hesitant, and can randomly type a single key infinitely. Synapse3 is on the latest update. But is there a reason for it to do this?


Sorry for the wall of text here. Just ripping my hair out trying to figure out what the problem is on both of these things. I love this keyboard quite a bit, but these two issues are making it a bit difficult to work with.
