Two of My Laptop keyboard keys are not working

Please help... I got Razer Laptop Advanced Model 15" from 2019 running on Windows 11 with latest update I got two keyboard keys are not working, the "K" key and "Left-Arrow" key for now I swapped to other key that I rarely used.. I have done cleaning the parts and re-instal keyboard drivers, none of them are working Is there any suggestion? My warranty is already expired... Thanks...
