so i bought some razer gold and tried to buy something using it and i was asked about two step authentication (send to my phone by sms) after that some pop up massage appears and said there was an unexpected error. please reload the page and try again. trying lots of time and the problem persist. forgot my backup number authentication so how do i fix this
