Two Tartarus Pro setup questions

I am a professional animator/video producer and sound engineer and I use Razer peripherals to speed up and streamline my workflow with the Adobe suite of products as well as several other programs. I'm looking around the web and cannot find an answer, plus, no manual came with my new TP and the setup does not address my questions. I have been using the Orbweaver now for 4 years but it is wearing out so I bought the TP to replace it (VERY VERY NICE). I have two questions that are really important for me: 1 - I need to program the mousewheel to specific commands (page up/page down) for Adobe After Effects and I can't figure out how to do it using the information I already know about the process for other keys. I sure hope it is programmable because if not, what is the point of having a second mouse wheel? 2 - In Synapse 2.0 I could program my Orbweaver to automatically switch to whatever software I clicked on. This is extremely important in terms of time because I switch back and forth constantly between as many as 5 software programs at a time. Stopping to manually load a profile would be a huge time waster. Thanks in advance!
