UHD 4K Blu-ray Playback Model 2020

I am trying to playback 4k UHD Blu-ray disc using a Verbatim and Cyberlink PowerDVD 20 on Advance Model 2020 Razer. The software states an error code which essentially means the graphics card is not able to playback 4K UHD Blu-ray disks. I don't think this should be case. Has anyone played 4K UHD Disk on Razer Advance Model 2020 successfully?

    I'm pretty sure the RB 2020 Advance Model shouldn't have any problems playing 4k videos. Did you install any additional audio and video codecs?

    VLC is my go-to since it is free, and you can opt to install quite a lot of different audio and video codecs with it. By the way, are you using an actual disk, or is it a ripped file? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your laptop so I can check which variant you have. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
