I was wondering if anyone's had experiences with getting laptops repaired through Razer in the UK/EU. My Blade Stealth's (I think 2016 model) battery became bloated and I sent it in to be repaired, however I've had no updates from the actual repair centre based in Germany.
I've had some contact with Razer support who were helpful however they couldn't get me an answer from the repair centre (I don't even have a report of the inspection). I fully understand they are surely affected by Covid and won't have been running at full capacity however its been over 2 months now. I'm just trying to gauge if I'm a one off that fell through the cracks and if anyone has any suggestions. I'm getting quite desperate now and am starting to fall behind with work because of this.
