I’ve registered my Krakens v3 X and have received my activation code, but for some reason it’s saying that the code isn’t valid. I’ve tried both copying and pasting the activation code that was sent to my email, as well as entering manually but nothing seems to work. Please help, I can send screenshots of the error via pm, but it says: ‘’The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.

Maybe your are trying to activate THX SPATIAL Audio with 7.1 Surround Sound acivation code?
Yes, but it also mentioned the 7.1 Surround Sound, so should I get a different activation code for that? If so, I only received one.
