Unable to activate Blackshark V2 X Code

  1. I bought this headset nearly 2 weeks ago from a local retailer.
  2. I am unable to activate the headset on my RazerID, error: “The product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support”.
  3. Thing is, when I check the serial number on 7.1 SSound Code website by Razer, it is yet to be activated.
  4. The retailer was not able to provide me an exchange and asked support from Razer
