- I bought this headset nearly 2 weeks ago from a local retailer.
- I am unable to activate the headset on my RazerID, error: “The product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support”.
- Thing is, when I check the serial number on 7.1 SSound Code website by Razer, it is yet to be activated.
- The retailer was not able to provide me an exchange and asked support from Razer
