Unable to change email address in account

Hello,

I’m trying to change the email address associated to my Razer account but for some reason, when I try to enter the new one, I get a message indicating my new email is not valid.

Hi Taz_Laud,

For account migration request, please submit a Ticket or chat with our Razer Gold Support Team via Live Chat. Make sure to provide all relevant information and confirm if you have any of the following migratable data on your old Razer account:

  • Your Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Your Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store Profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance

Also, fill in the following:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address:
  • Date of Birth:
  • Full Name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country:
  • Billing address:
