Unable to change EQ and Enhancements in Synapse

So I just bought the Razer Nari Essential around a week ago and I've been thoroughly enjoying it. I'm a bass freak so I had the Bass Boost turned to max and a bass heavy custom EQ setup. Just this morning the EQ and enhancements tabs change nothing in the sound quality. It sounds Default. Whenever I change it to one of the presets (game, movie, music) nothing changes sound wise. I've restarted the program and my PC. I also turned off the headset and unplugged the usb. I don't know what else to do.
