Unable to contact Razer support about warranty

I have been trying to contact Razer support about repairing my Razer Blade 15 and have answered all questions and forms on the support page but each time, when I am brought to the page where it claims that I can contact Razer support, the highlighted button has no effect, and I am unable to make contact.
