Unable to customize settings of RAZER Blackshark V2 Pro headset in Synapse 4 program

One day, I turned on the computer and turned on the synapse and it was marked to upgrade from synapse 3 to synapse 4. So I tried to use it after upgrading to 4, but the presets that I normally use didn't work. So I went into the settings to adjust the EQ of the headset on synapse 4 and tried the next one after 'setting to default output device', and the EQ of the headset was not adjustable, THX Spatial Audio was also unavailable, and most headset settings were not possible. So, I tried synapse reinstallation, headset dongle firmware update, and Windows 11 reinstallation, and the above issue was not resolved. When I went into the Windows sound setting and looked at the device event, it said, 'USB\VID_XXXX&PID_XXXXX_XXXXXXXXX device needs additional installation.'

Hello. Having this same issue as are many other people using the Blackshark V2 and Synapse 4. According to this thread, Razer is finally taking this seriously and are working on a fix, but it’s been a few days since the last update. For now I downgraded to Synapse 3 and this has temporarily fixed the issue, but unfortunately Synapse 3 doesn’t have Snap Tap so it’s a trade off you’ll have to weigh for yourself. Hopefully we get a fix soon!

Dear Razer Team,

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of action and support regarding this issue. Many customers, including myself, are experiencing the same problem, yet there has been no solution, no communication, and no accountability from your side.

This is simply unacceptable, especially considering the premium price of your headsets. Customers expect quality products and reliable support, but you are falling far short of those expectations.

Please address this issue immediately—your silence is damaging your reputation and alienating loyal customers.
